Hi there! Welcome to LustreBeads. Here you'll find an array of wonderful gemstone cabochons, beads, faceted stones and all sorts of other jewellery making supplies to feed your creativity. I only sell natural earth mined gemstones and take all photographs under natural light to hopefully give you the best representation. Please take a moment to read through the rest of the policies. Payment
*I accept paypal as the primary method of payment, paypal only is accepted for international orders. However, UK buyers are welcome to pay by personal cheque or postal order if preferred. Please send any cheques or postal orders to the address given on the transaction details.
*Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. Please contact me if you're having any problems, i'll be more than happy to assist.

Shipping
*All orders will be dispatched within 2 days after payment has been received.
*For UK buyers, your package will be sent by first class post and should arrive within 1-3 days. If you require any other method of postage such as guaranteed next day delivery or recorded delivery, please contact me for relevant prices. For UK orders over $60, postage will be free of charge.
*For international buyers, all packages will be sent by first class international airmail. First class international airmail takes around 5 - 21 days depending on your country and is not insured or tracked in order to keep shipping costs to a minimum. However, your package can be sent by international signed for or airsure (both insured and tracked) this can be arranged at an extra cost. For orders over $60 I will upgrade your shipping to international signed for at no extra cost.
